Swerve works with leaders at every level, from new managers to executives, as well as leadership teams and boards. Coaching can be arranged by an individual leader or sponsored by their organization.

Coaching gives a leader a confidential place to reflect, explore assumptions, work through challenges, and develop their own way forward. Consulting and facilitation may involve more direct support with organizational questions, group processes, planning, or defined outcomes. The right approach depends on the challenge, and we can work it out together on a discovery call.

Yes. In addition to individual leadership coaching, Swerve offers leadership development, facilitation, strategic planning, and offsites for groups and teams. The approach is shaped around the people involved, the purpose of the work, and the outcomes you want to achieve.

Yes. I meet with clients in person in Canmore and the Bow Valley, and offsites can also run at your location. Virtual sessions are available too.

There’s no single timeline that suits every leader. We agree on the format and length at the start, based on your goals, and adjust as your needs change.

The call is a chance to talk about your situation, what you want to achieve, and whether Swerve is the right fit. If it is, I’ll usually follow up with a proposal outlining the scope, structure, and investment. If it isn’t, I’m glad to point you to someone who is.

Fees depend on the type of work, its scope, the preparation involved, and the format. You’ll know the investment before any work begins.

We start with a clear conversation about goals, roles, expectations, and confidentiality, so everyone understands the purpose and limits of the engagement. The coaching conversations themselves stay confidential.

Each offsite is designed around your team’s goals. My focus is the agenda design and facilitation. Venue, accommodation, catering, and activities are arranged separately, and I’m glad to work alongside your team or event planner.
